KFC India Hiring Senior Brand Manager – Area Countries in Gurugram, Haryana, India

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing efforts for area countries (Sri Lanka/Bangladesh/Nepal/Maldives)
  • Manage complete integrated marketing for area countries – marketing calendar, brand strategy, communications, media (digital & TV), social media, PR, customer insights
  • Construct & execute omnichannel comms calendar promoting taste, value & access for area countries
  • Support product innovation from a marketing perspective eg concept-product testing
  • Deepen Fz engagement by ensuring alignment & cascade of marketing plans
  • Partner and build excellent working relations with Franchise partners to drive brand marketing and knowledge sharing in area countries
  • Collaborate with the agency partners and internal teams to ensure execution on PR, Social, Digital, TV, LSM etc
  • Plan and execute insight driven communication to meet the unique objective of each campaign while keeping brand distinctiveness and relevance at the forefront

Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Business Management

Experience: 8 to 12 years of work experience in marketing & new product development

  • Excellent interpersonal & negotiation
  • Team player & stakeholder management
  • Excellent on follow-up and project management
  • Ability to be an “action driver”
  • Experience in franchise management and/or area countries is preferred
  • Should be open to international travel
