Primary Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or other related field.
• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience working with regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSI, etc.).
• Preferred experience with Fortinet infrastructure, including firewalls and network switches management.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, engaging with diverse stakeholders including Port Authority team, to ensure alignment with security and operational objectives.
• Proven track record in vendor relationship management, encompassing contract negotiations, SLA monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Superior verbal and written communication capabilities, with demonstrated proficiency in engaging effectively across all organizational levels.
• Previous experience in Help Desk role.
